Let the fun begin...

KidCity at The Gathering is a fun, age-appropriate envirnment that we've designed specifically to help your child develop an active relationship with Jesus. We have no doubt that the teaching, music and friendships they experience in KidCity will help them understand what it means to live near God and to be sent to others kids who are still far from him. We also know that they'll get in the car each week smiling and begging you to bring them back!

We've put together some basic information to help you get ready for your first visit to the City:

What is KidCity?

KidCity is the worship environment for children at The Gathering and is designed to help them learn about following Jesus through lessons designed just for them. It includes WeeTown, the nursery for children through 2 years of age and the large worship space for all other children.

Where does KidCity meet?

KidCity takes place in the SQUAREone Resource Center located 2 doors down from the current worship space at The Gathering.

What ages can attend KidCity?

KidCity is designed for children from newborns through 5th grade. Children through age 2 will be taken care of in our nursery space (called WeeTown) and all others will meet in the larger worship space.

Is KidCity secure?

All of our KidCity and WeeTown volunteers have had background checks and one of our volunteers from The Gathering's security team stays at the KidCity entrance throughout the morning. You can rest easy knowing that your child is not only safe, but surrounded by volunteers who absolutely love kids!

How do I check-in my child at KidCity?

When you come to The Gathering, our volunteers will direct you and your child to the KidCity check-in desk. There you and your child will receive matching security tags and then will join everyone for worship in the main worship service. After the last song, your child will go with our KidCity volunteers to KidCity where you will meet them after the services are over. You must present your tag when you get your child.
